Introduction to African Storytelling/Drama (KS3 – 5)

This programme offers participants the opportunity to experience and explore in-depth, African storytelling and drama, as part of world theatre styles and genres.  The fun and creative workshop will enable participants to use various expressive and physical theatre means such as movement, music, dance, etc., to explore devised or textual work. Each session lasts between 60 – 90 minutes and it can be just experiential or focused, so that activities lead to a showcase performance that will enable participants to display skills and talent gained or developed.
